Regular Labs Extension Manager

It is very easy to install/update any Regular Labs Extension using the Regular Labs Extension Manager. This is especially useful if you are using more than one Regular Labs extension, or if you've purchased a Pro version.

With the Regular Labs Extension Manager, you can just click on the Install button for Add to Menu, and it will install automatically.

To install a Pro extension through the Regular Labs Extension Manager, you need to enter your ‘Download Key” in the Configuration Options of your Regular Labs Extension Manager.

Please see the Regular Labs Extension Manager page for more detailed information.

Updating

When a new version is released, you can simply update the free version of Add to Menu via the Joomla Updater.

When updating Add to Menu, you don't need to uninstall it first. The new package will update all the files automatically and will preserve your settings.

Note: Keep in mind that when you update to a major new version (or uninstall first), you might lose some configuration settings.

Pro version

If you have the Pro version, you can install the new package on top of the previous one, or you can use the Regular Labs Extension Manager to update more easily.

To update a Pro extension through the Regular Labs Extension Manager, you first need the ‘Download Key” found on your Regular Labs account. Just copy your Download Key and paste it in the Configuration Options of the Regular Labs Extension Manager on your website.

You will then be able to simply click on the related Update button in the Regular Labs Extension Manager, and Add to Menu will update automatically.

Once the Download Key is saved in the Regular Labs Extension Manager, you will also be able to update to the latest Pro version of Add to Menu via the Joomla updater as well.
